Wird ein Track, in dem eines unserer Samples steckt, gecleart oder kommerziell veröffentlicht (in jeder Form, auf jeder Plattform, durch jeden Artist, unabhängig oder über ein Label), musst du uns vorher oder spätestens dann melden, wenn das Release feststeht.
Es gibt keine Ausnahme für unabhängige Releases und keine Grenze zwischen „groß“ und „klein“. Jedes Placement zählt und muss gemeldet werden.
Gemeint ist der Anteil am Publishing beziehungsweise an den Rechten an der Komposition, zu gleichen Teilen. Über Splitsheets und Details sprechen wir direkt mit dir, sobald du das Release meldest.

If a track made with one of our samples gets placed (released commercially in any form, on any platform, by any artist, independent or major label), you must contact us before or as soon as the release is confirmed.
No exceptions for independent releases, no threshold for "major" vs "minor", every placement counts and must be reported.
This means an equal share of the publishing, that is the rights in the composition. We work out split sheets and the details with you directly once you report the release.
